Before you can start this bounty, you first have to complete Petra's first questline called "The Taken War". This will unlock 3 new bounties.
❱ WHAT ARE CONSUMED?
Consumed or named enemies are taken captains or champions that appear during the new public events.
❱ BEST WAY TO KILL 12 CONSUMED
Find one of the many public events on venus. The one in Ember Caves is very comfortable since it's very close to the patrol spawn point.
Wait until the taken attack the area. These events take place every 15-20 minutes. The public event will spawn Taken enemies all over the place. Look for the notification in the bottom left, which tells you when a taken lieutenant is about to appear.
There are three and they spawn one after another every time you take one out. They are invisible and a bit hard to spot, but if you remember the spawns from the video you should have no problem finding them.
After you killed all three, the champion will spawn who also counts as a consumed. After completing one public event you should have 4 out of 12 consumed taken kills. you can now wait for the next public event or for example move on to another area like "The citadel" which is the next area.
